Clear communication with the client forms the foundation, with a clear understanding of the landscape that allows creation of an effective initial plan. Once the investigation starts, the communication lines extend to other investigators, service providers, and all other related parties. By allowing for these conversations, we are able to gather the relevant facts quickly and with great reliability.

When it comes time to author the report, the investment in communication pays dividends with all information readily available, reviewed, and ready for analysis and presentation.
